Crafted using T10 steel, the blade has a solid foundation for hardness. Through a meticulous tempering and heat-treatment process involving the application of clay, the blade's hardness is further enhanced, reaching an optimal level. The Shinogi-Zukuri blade structure, without compromising performance, features BOHI (blood grooves) that scientifically reduce the blade's weight, resulting in a lighter and more balanced feel.

Instead of expensive mirror polishing, the blade undergoes a standard multi-process grinding, yet still maintains excellent sharpness and cutting ability, offering exceptional value. High-quality fittings are carefully assembled to further elevate the overall quality of this katana sword.

The blade, featuring a full-tang construction, has undergone an ancient clay tempering process that further enhances its hardness. The Shinogi-Zukuri blade structure, without compromising performance, incorporates BOHI that scientifically reduces the blade's weight, resulting in a lighter and more balanced feel.

The high-quality iron tsuba is beautifully crafted and durable. The habaki and seppa are handmade from brass, ensuring strength and stability. The meticulous assembly process guarantees a solid and reliable overall performance.

The tsuka (handle) is made of hardwood, covered in real ray skin and high-quality leather ito, with a tight alternating winding pattern. The fuchi and kashira on the tsuka are made of high-quality alloy, complemented by matching menuki on each side as ornamentation. Two mekugis (pegs) are used to secure the tang of the sword, allowing for disassembly.

The hardwood saya, handcrafted to the blade's size, fits snugly without any rattling, effectively protecting the blade. A high-quality sageo is tied around the saya's kurikaka (knob), and the koiguchi (scabbard mouth) is reinforced to prevent cracking.

Each sword is packaged with a silk sword bag. Buyers should note that the wooden stand shown in the images is not included. Proper maintenance, such as keeping the blade clean and applying a coat of engine oil when not in use, is recommended to prevent oxidation.
