Each katana sword is meticulously hand-finished by a master craftsman, who ensures the sharpness of the blade and pays attention to every minute detail. The blades are made from selected materials, including folded steel, T-10, 1095, and L6 steel, all of which possess the ideal hardness and flexibility.

Visitors are welcome to explore our store and delve into the various blade materials and styles we offer. The Shinogi Zukuri blade shape with a Chu-kissaki (medium-sized tip) is a classic design that combines functionality and aesthetic appeal.

The core of the blade is made from clay-tempered Damascus folded steel, featuring a bo-hi (blood groove). The blade is forged and polished repeatedly using traditional techniques, folded over 10 times to enhance its flexibility and hardness.

The Tsuba (guard) is crafted from high-quality Japanese brass, and the Fuchi (sleeve) is also made of brass. The Habaki (blade collar) is a one-piece construction, and two brass Seppas (spacers) secure the Tsuba in place.

The Tsuka (handle) is wooden, tightly wrapped with genuine ray skin (Samegawa) and green Ito (cord). The full tang of the sword is secured by two Mekugi (pegs), allowing for easy disassembly of the blade from the handle.

The Saya (sheath) is made of real hard wood with a lacquer finish, complemented by a high-quality Japanese Sageo (cord) tied around the Kurigata (knob) of the sheath. The Kashira (butt cap) is crafted from brass, featuring an exquisite three-dimensional pattern.

Each package includes the assembled katana sword with the Saya, as well as a cotton katana bag in a random style. The overall length of the sword is approximately 40.9 inches (104 cm), with a blade length of 28.0 inches (71 cm) and a handle length of 10.6 inches (27 cm).
