This handmade Japanese katana is of high quality. The overall length is 40.9 inches, and the weight is 36 pounds. The blade material is Damascus steel, crafted using an oil quenching process. Additionally, the blade is made from folding steel, also oil quenched. The blade style features a blue texture.

The blade grinding method employed is hand polishing. The blade length, excluding the habaki, is 71 cm. The handle length (nakago) measures 27 cm. The blade type is SHINOGI-ZUKUR, with a Maru blade structure. The blade width near the habaki is 3.2 cm, tapering to 2.3 cm near the kissaki. The blade thickness ranges from 0.75 cm near the habaki to 0.5 cm near the kissaki. The kissaki type is Chu-Kissaki.

This is a real katana sword, prepared for battle readiness. The 1060 high carbon steel blade has been oil quenched, providing good toughness with the ability to be bent 70 degrees and a hardness of 56-58 HRC. The blade features a Bo-hi (groove). This sword can easily cut through bamboo and paper.

The tsuba (guard) set is made from an alloy metal in a Samurai style. The handle (tsuka) is crafted from wood and genuine rayskin, while the sheath (saya) is also wooden. The handle cord and sageo (sword belt) are both made of rayon.
