All our swords are handmade in traditional ways by skilled and experienced swordsmiths, striving to create the highest quality swords in the past decades.
The PACKAGE INCLUDES: 1 katana and 1 black rayon bag. Note that our katanas and swords are great for collecting and gifting. However, to maintain optimal performance, the blade does not use stainless steel, so please take care of it regularly to avoid rust.
The Handmade Noble Blue Blade Samurai Katana Sword features a Full Tang construction and is Real Sharp. Samurai katanas are famous for their beautiful shape and are highly regarded as both art collectibles and symbols of the samurai spirit.
This katana can be fully disassembled at any time for maintenance purposes, as you can simply remove the pegs from the handle. The high-performance blade has excellent toughness and will not deform when bent at 90 degrees.
The KATANA (TSUBA) is made of alloy material with a black surface treatment, featuring dragon imagery. The material is very sturdy and will not fade or oxidize. The KATANA (HABAKI) is made of pure copper material.
The BLADE of this samurai sword is extremely sharp, so users must exercise caution. It is sharp enough to cut through anything. The dragon pattern is created using carving techniques.
All SWORDS from SWORD are handmade in traditional ways by skilled and experienced swordsmiths. The blade's elasticity can bend 90 degrees, demonstrating its good toughness. The blade is oil-quenched, giving it excellent toughness and the ability to cut through bamboo and paper with ease.
This katana is a 100% handmade 1065 high-carbon steel sword. The knife blade undergoes a thorough tempering process, including making, hot forging, shoveling, deadening, grinding, heat treatment, tempering, repairing, and truing, through dozens of Longquan manufacturing steps in China. With two bamboo nails firmly securing the blade, it can cut through bamboo with a single strike.
For daily maintenance, clean the sword with a cloth or tissue and avoid touching water. If it does get wet, be sure to clean and dry the blade immediately. Avoid storing it in damp or sunny locations.
The fittings of this product are made of alloy, ensuring they are robust and strong, with no risk of discoloration or oxidation. The wooden handle is wrapped with non-slippery, sweat-absorbing cotton wires, and the wooden scabbard features intricate patterns, adding to the product's beauty.
The blade is made of high-carbon steel, providing high hardness and toughness. The blade has undergone various color treatments and manual grinding to create a distinctive, irregular texture, enhancing its visual appeal. All the manufacturing processes, from material selection to forging, quenching, polishing, and grinding, are done by hand according to traditional craftsmanship.
The overall length is 103cm/40.55 inches, with a handle length of 26cm/10.24 inches and a blade length of 71cm/27.95 inches. The weight is 1.25kg/2.75 lb.
